we’re back on the animal facts today π think blue planet fame ππ»
sadly, it’s a kind of sad fact though π’ … don’t worry, there isn’t any death! π
#tdil that there is a really lonely whale out there that swims around forever on its lonesome π³
so yeah, this one is pretty sad because you can’t help but feel sorry for the poor whale dude π’ like, it just swims around the north pacific ocean all on its lonesome.
why does it swim around all on its lonesome? because it can’t communicate with other whales due to it having a call that is more high-pitched than other whales π
basically, it has been calling out for years and no other whales have ever responded π #megasad
to be honest, not much is really known about ‘the loneliest whale in the world’ … no one is sure of its sex, species or whether it’s even alive anymore π. no one has ever seen the whale in question but a few have heard its calls π
so yeah, it has become a bit of an icon … the mythical lonely whale … real or not, it’s all a bit sad π€·π»ββοΈ hopefully it’ll find a friend one day!
it’s not all gloom and doom though! some scientists think that the distinct call might actually be a technique to attract a mate π you know, stand out from the crowd π
love a good animal fact! hopefully you’ve enjoyed too π stay hopeful for our big whale friend! π
peace ππ» #tdil
