#tdil you can stop spicy chilli tongue burn through the use of sugar 🌶

now, if you eat a lot of chillis, then you probably already knew this one 🤔 as a learner spicy food eater, however, i had no idea! i thought it was just all about drinking milk 🥛

but yeah, turns out that you can also neutralise the effects of spicy food by sticking some sugar in your mouth hole 🙌🏻 (perfect for someone that is lactose intolerant like me 😂)

apparently the sugar works by absorbing the spicy oil 👍🏻 … according to my source, you can also use honey … all the good tasting spicy combatants 💪🏻

this one is superrrrr short today, but it got the point across! if you ever eat something super spicy and instantly feel bad about life, just reach for some honey or some granulated sugar 🙌🏻 it’ll ruin your teeth but fix your tongue 😏
